Structured Family Care by Family First strives to support a warm and caring atmosphere within the client's home, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness every step of the way.

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Be eligible for Medicaid

  • Live in the same home as their caregiver

  • Have a medical diagnosis requiring a need for care (ex: help with housework, shopping, transportation, dressing, or bathing)
